Jeff has coached every level of athlete over his 30 plus year of coaching, and currently is Senior Coach for Nation's Capital Swim Club — NCAP/Alexandria. He is a world class coach and mentor. He has coached two Olympians in Mark Henderson and Markus Rogan, but prides himself in his ability to get the best out of his swimmers. Jeff has placed swimmers into all levels of college, including, Stanford, Florida State, UVA, UNC, Virginia Tech, William and Mary, George Mason, Naval Academy, USMA, Mary Washington University, Berkeley, Yale, and Harvard to name a few. He will take your swimmer to the next level in swimming, but also guide them as they balance all the other moving parts in their busy lives. Jeff is part owner of J&M SWIM, LLC with Matt Murray.
