Our DEVELOPMENTAL STROKE SCHOOLS are devoted to competitive stroke instruction with an emphasis on balance in the water through specialized drills. It is not a "beginner or novice" learn to swim program. Swimmer(s) must be able to swim 2 lengths of the pool freestyle - no stopping/doggy paddle) and one length backstroke.

Under the guidance of our staff, each swimmer will learn proper techniques in the four competitive strokes & turns while having FUN along the way. Our Stroke School is an excellent supplement to summer league programs or for anyone with a minimum time commitment.
